Cover NM.

America was a light folk-rock act of the early '70s who had several Top Ten hits, including the number ones "A Horse with No Name" and "Sister Golden Hair." Vocalists/guitarists Dewey Bunnell, Dan Peek, and Gerry Beckley met while they were still in high school in the late '60s; all three were sons of U.S. Air Force officers who were stationed in the U.K. After they completed school in 1970, they formed an acoustic folk-rock quartet called Daze in London, which was soon pared down to the trio of Bunnell, Peek, and Beckley. Adopting the name America, the group landed a contract with Jeff Dexter, a promoter for the Roundhouse concert venue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America_(band)

Tracklist

1. "Daisy Jane" - (Gerry Beckley) 3:07
2. "Half a Man" - (Dan Peek) 3:33
3. "Midnight" - (Dewey Bunnell-Gerry Beckley) 2:41
4. "Bell Tree" - (Gerry Beckley) 2:32
5. "Old Virginia" - (Dan Peek - Catherine Peek) 3:28
6. "People in the Valley" - (Dewey Bunnell) 2:43
7. "Company" - (Dewey Bunnell) 3:23
8. "Woman Tonight" - (Dan Peek) 2:19
9. "The Story of a Teenager" - (Dan Peek - Gerry Beckley) 3:19
10. "Sister Golden Hair" - (Gerry Beckley) 3:16
11. "Tomorrow" - (Dan Peek) 2:48
12. "Seasons" - (Dewey Bunnell) 3:00

Warner Bros.
