This set of 15 songs taken mostly from the Bob Marley songbook, and including classics like "Soul Rebel," "Concrete Jungle," "Satisfy My Soul," and "Keep On Moving," doesn't disappoint. The sound is iffy at times, but the artists involved aren't just going through the motions. Pablo's always haunting melodica doesn't dominate but provides plenty of texture, the Wailers are tight as a drum, and Perry makes his usual echoing hash out of the sound. It's not the first place dub fans should go to look for the best Pablo or Perry recordings, but if you've got a healthy collection of work by them, by all means seek this out.

119,95 d

Tracklist

A1 Soul Rebel Dub

A2 Don't Rock My Boat Dub
A3 Corner Stone Dub
A4 Rainbow Country Dub
A5 Screwface Dub
A6 400 Years Dub
A7 Concrete Jungle Dub
B1 Satisfy My Soul Dub
B2 It's Alright Dub
B3 Put It On Dub
B4 Long Long Winter Dub
B5 Soul Almighty Dub
B6 No Sympathy Dub
B7 Keep On Moving Dub

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0067/2072/products/augustus-pablo-augustus-pablo-meets-lee-perry-wailers-band-rare-dubs-1970-1971-2555868.jpeg?v=1571439137
https://recordpusher.live/products/pablo-augustus-augustus-pablo-meets-lee-perry-the-wailers-band-rare-dubs-1970-1971
