After a four record run for 4AD, this album was originally released on the Island subsidiary Supreme. Recorded with a new backing band, Songs For A Blue Guitar is the first Red House Painters record on which Kozelek really lets his rock chops loose, a forerunner to his more recent, critically acclaimed, work with Sun Kil Moon. Alongside brilliant originals are three overs, highlighting Kozelek's interpretive skills including Yes' "Long Distance Runaround," the Cars' "All Mixed Up" and Wings' "Silly Love Songs."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Songs_for_a_Blue_Guitar

219.95 dkr

Tracklist

A1 Have You Forgotten
A2 Song For A Blue Guitar
B1 Make Like Paper
B2 Priest Alley Song
C1 Trailways
C2 I Feel The Rain Fall
C3 Long Distance Runaround
Written-By – Jon Anderson
C4 All Mixed Up
Written-By – Ric Ocasek
D1 Revelation Big Sur
D2 Silly Love Songs
Written-By – Paul McCartney
D3 Another Song For A Blue Guitar

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0067/2072/products/songs-for-a-blue-guitar-5590899602e57.jpg?v=1571439325
