Cover EX.

The Sins of Thy Beloved are supposed to play gothic metal. I think that's a really weird and false description of this music since it has nothing or not much to do with goth or gothic culture/imagery. The music is metal with no traces of goth, gothrock or death rock. The vocalist sounds like a black/death metal guy and the female soprano I could have lived without although she's the best part on this album. Pretentious female vocals a la Theatre of Tragedy isn't my thing you could say.

Tracklist.

1.The Flame of Wrath
2.Forever
3.Pandemonium
4.Partial Insanity
5.Perpetual Desolation
6.Nebula Queen
7.The Mournful Euphony
8.A Tormented Soul
9.The Thing That Should Not Be (Metallica cover)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0067/2072/products/1284046603_the_sins_of_thy_beloved_perpetual_desolation_2000_download_320.jpg?v=1571438614
