NEW VINYL LP ON EMPIRE 2026

180 GRAM VINYL LP

The “Heavy Is The Crown” LP by Anderson .Paak & Cordae is released on Empire and documents a direct collaboration between the two artists. On this release, Anderson .Paak’s characteristic vocal parts intertwine with Cordae’s precise rap passages, creating a balance between melodic lines and lyrical density. The tracks rely on distinctive rhythms and clear vocal moments; vocal delivery and flow take center stage. Anderson .Paak & Cordae appear on this record as equal partners, the collaboration carrying the shared title motif and expanding both artists’ bodies of work with a clearly focused joint project. In the context of U.S. hip-hop, the record leans on rhythm and verbal precision, highlighting the complementary strengths of Anderson .Paak and Cordae. With this LP, Empire underscores the curated collaboration between the two artists.
