NEW VINYL LP ON UNIVERSAL 2025
180 GRAM VINYL.
Legendary Talking Heads frontman and creative force David Byrne returns with ‘Who Is The Sky?’, his first solo studio album since 2018’s ‘American Utopia.’ The 12-track album brings together chamber music arrangements by the Ghost Train Orchestra and Grammy-winning production from Kid Harpoon, blending melancholic reflections with life-affirming rhythms. With the help of prominent artists such as St.Vincent, Hayley Williams (Paramore), Tom Skinner (The Smile) and his long-time collaborator (and percussionist) Mauro Refosco, ‘Who Is The Sky?’ fuses Byrne’s signature avant-pop sensibility with orchestral depth and danceable grooves – infused with a lyrical universe that acts as an anthropological lens on everyday humanity.
